A specialist, not a generalist
Deva Paints & Insulation is registered at Sector-5, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, and manufactures out of our own unit in Bisnoli village, Greater Noida, one of North India's largest industrial belts. We don't position ourselves as a general paint shop. DPI has built its client book by solving specific coating problems for manufacturers: a mobile-case maker needing a soft-touch finish that survives daily handling, a hardware exporter needing brass plating that passes an overseas buyer's spec, a marble workshop needing a clear coat that won't yellow. That specialist approach, one formulation bench and a fixed, well-understood set of chemistries applied across a deliberately wide set of substrates, is what has kept DPI's client list (see our case studies) diverse without diluting the coating expertise behind it.
One unit, batch-documented
Every batch DPI ships is mixed and finished in-house at the Greater Noida facility. Nothing is white-labelled or subcontracted out. Each formulation and its shade reference is held on file, so a repeat order six months later matches the original run instead of coming out "close enough." That documentation discipline is what lets DPI take on one-off sample batches and recurring monthly supply for the same client without a drop in quality between the two.
Formulated to your sample
Send a physical sample, a RAL code, or a written technical requirement, and DPI's formulation bench matches it against the target substrate and application method, then documents the result as a repeatable spec instead of a one-time approximation. That's the difference between a coatings partner and a coatings supplier. DPI works backwards from what your product actually needs to survive, whether that's handling, weather, chemical exposure or food contact, rather than handing you a fixed catalogue and asking you to pick the closest fit.
Checked before it ships
Every batch is checked against the reference sample or shade card before dispatch. For a manufacturer buying coating as a component of their own product, batch-to-batch consistency is often the real product. A slightly off shade, or a coating that behaves differently under a spray gun than the last drum, can shut down a production line. DPI treats that consistency check as a non-negotiable step.
Built to be handled, not just applied
DPI's coatings are formulated to be environmentally considerate as well as friendly to the people applying and using them. That standard goes back to our earliest formulations; it wasn't added later for a compliance checkbox. In practical terms, it shows up directly in the product catalogue: food-safe coatings across the range, and RoHS-compliant options for export-facing industries where a buyer's own compliance team will check.
