Match & formulate
Shade, substrate and application method confirmed against a sample, RAL code or existing part.
Pre-treat & prime
Surface pre-treatment chemical and primer selected to hold adhesion on the specific substrate.
Coat & cure
Applied by the required method (brush, roller, spray, spin or calendar) and cured to spec.
Check & dispatch
Finish checked against the reference sample before the batch is packed for pan-India or export dispatch.
